The Desert Maps app offers a 3-day free trial period. After the trial period ends, a subscription is required to continue using the App. The subscription fee is $11.00 (USD) per year. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your account annually unless canceled.

2.1 Free Trial Details

  • The 3-day free trial allows you to access all features of the App without any charge.
  • After the trial period, your account will be automatically charged unless you cancel the subscription before the trial ends.
  • You may cancel your free trial at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the trial.

2.2 Subscription Details

  • Your subscription will automatically renew each year unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by accessing your account settings.
  • We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees already paid, except where required by law.

3. Personal Use Only

The Desert Maps app is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own personal purposes. You may not use the App for any commercial purposes or for any purpose that is illegal, unethical, or violates these Terms of Use.

You agree not to:

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may delete any associated data or content.
